Update from Alarm.com

Hi, can you look into adding a feature where I can just request an update from alarm.com on a customer who was first registered on mobile tech or alarm.com website. Currently for a new customer, it only shows a 'submit to alarm.com' button, but then returns an error saying the serial number is already in use. On accounts that were registered through fill quick, there is a 'request update from alarm.com' button. Can you add that same button to all accounts?
