I usually enter the customer info with the customer on the phone. When I have missing info, such as the name of the installer and his availability, I have to WAIT for that info. Once I get that info, I input it. But, everything gets lost as FillQuick timed out. Really? Why not add a SAVE button, or better yet, auto-save, just like in my MS Outlook desktop program.
