• Rename the role "Seller" to "Sales rep".
• Make a separate role for "Lead manager" instead of having it as a permission under the "Sales rep" role.
• Split the "Secretary" role into "Lead manager" and "Customer manager".
• Rename the role "Financial admin" to "Financial manager".
• Require the user to have the role "Customer manager" before they can be assigned the role "Financial manager".
