Report Filters - Tag Omission

We currently have filters available for "Has Tag" and "Has all Tags", but I would like to see a "Doesn't have Tags" filter, to search for records so long as they don't belong in a certain group.

We added a new filter named "Has none of tags" to the customers advanced search form and to the Customers Report page.

Thank you, Travis, for your suggestion! Your request does make a lot of sense and I think will not be hard to implement.
We are currently working on several other features so it is hard to start working on this one right now. But we will keep it in mind and hopefully we will be able to add this filter in the near future.
