Manually Locking and Unlocking Customers for Sales Reps and Technicians

Right now, the customer account becomes locked to the sales rep and the technician automatically when certain conditions are met. Locking here means that the sales rep and the technician can no longer edit the customer or view their sensitive information.

We would like to add a feature to enable the customer managers to lock and unlock the customer account for the sales rep or technician manually.

So if the sales rep or technician needs to fix or update something on a customer, the customer manager will be able to unlock the customer account for a certain time to increase the sales rep or technician access.
