Make It Possible to Change the Name On the ADT Contract

Right now, the name on the ADT contract has to be the same as the name on the Equifax credit report. This causes issues when customers refuse to sign ADT contracts with that name. ADT added a feature in their API that enables the dealer to specify a different "Credit holder legal name" to show on the contract. FillQuick should make this function available to ADT dealers creating orders from FillQuick.
