We would like to see an editable Installer checklist added to new accounts that will "Green" a status icon when completed.
It would be a very useful feature to have things like :
Stickers and lawn sign installed
System demonstrated
Keypad decals installed
Garbage cleaned up
Contract Signed
Activity Newest / Oldest

We can see how a custom checklist can be useful for tracking progress of the customer account.
The FillQuick development team built a checklist for our solar CRM product "Sun Team".

Hopefully, this checklist will be ported to FillQuick in the future if we see enough demand for this feature.
Meanwhile, I suggest looking into the "customer tags" feature. Customer tags are only accessible to customer managers. So they are good for tracking office tasks, but not technician tasks.
