Deleting PandaDoc EDocuments from FillQuick

A while ago, PandaDoc's API did not have a function to delete eDocuments. But they recently added this function.

So now FillQuick can add this function too. We can add a button to delete the eDocument from both FillQuick and PandaDoc.

This function should only be available to Secretaries and Financial admins (Not Sellers and Technicians).
