Is there any way that y’all can add the ability to have another column field in service reports for “Install Date”. This will help with payroll to allow us to pull a report of all the services within a week time frame, and make it easier to calculate what we should pay the service technician. Our installer technicians are required to service their accounts for the first 90 days from install for free, so adding this column will make it much easier to see what service tickets to pay out and which ones should not be paid out.
We use pandadoc integration custum service report can include this item and all other customer data if necessary.
