Add Support for Add-On Services

Right now, FillQuick only supports "Monitoring plans". But sometimes security companies want their service plan to be broken down into a base "Service package" and a list of "Add-On services". FillQuick will rename "Monitoring plan" to "Service package" and will add support for Add-On services.
