Ability to give emergency contacts unique verbal passwords

Almost all monitoring stations if not all that integrate with FillQuick have the option to have individual passwords OR one verbal password for all. Currently FillQuick only allows us to choose one verbal password for all but many commercial accounts want different passwords for their emergency contact call list. Please add this option to Fillquick because now this is the only reason we ever have to contact our monitoring company or use their software to make an update. By adding this option it keeps us inside FillQuick which is more convenient instead of having to make these changes outside of Fillquick.

Hopefully this can be done in the near future. Since FQ is integrated with our central station if we make any changes to the order or who is on the contact list in FQ when a customer calls in to make changes it then pushes the update to the central station and basically all the individual passwords that were setup disappear. This obviously is an issue as we can not expect our staff to always remember to first go into the other software save all the individual passwords then go to FQ to update the contact list and then go back to the monitoring software and put each individual password. Basically this has really been messing up our customers contact lists unless we remember to do the above steps every time.
There should be a primary verbal password or for the entire account but also the option next to each emergency contact to give them their own passwords (if left blank it should mean that it is just using the primary password on the account).

It would be great if each emergency contact had a space where we could input their individual passwords.

I totally agree with you that this is something that will need to be added to FillQuick. It is just hard to prioritize it right now. But hopefully in the future we will be able to add it.
